had resumed going for swimming in the evening, since the past 3 days, ie after moving properly into the new house. today i was able to put 10 laps, not exactly continuously, in breast-stroke. before this my shoulders used to ache after a lap or two of breast-stroke, for the first time breast-stoke came so effortlessly.
later played soccer with my new reebok studs bought from the outlet mall.
